HCAA September 2022 Adelaide General Meeting
Notice is hereby given to all Members of the HCAA that our Adelaide September General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 20 September 2022 at the Adelaide Pavilion.
5:30pm sharp: General Meeting opens
6pm: Welcome and Committee Report
6.20pm: General Meeting closes. A chance to socialise
6.40pm-7pm: Geberit Supertube system of multistorey sanitary drainage
Marc Williams will be joining us to talk about Geberit's Supertube system of multistorey sanitary drainage. Supertube is a revolutionary, one-pipe, multi-storey, sanitary stack system that allows greater fixture loading on a 110 stack than any other system, flat offsets allowing higher ceilings and greater flexibility in building drainage system design, plus utilising 100% recyclable HDPE pipe, a "must" for any Green Star project.
7.15-7.45pm: Caroma Smart Command Insights
Robin Gatti and Nick Swan will be presenting on Caroma Smart Command and the data and insights they've gathered across some key projects since the eco-sysems launch back in 2018. They’ll explore how water can be saved directly from smart bathroom fixtures as-well-as how data can be used to better understand user behaviours and inform more sustainable practices. The data can also be used to enable a more proactive maintenance approach to asset management and provide insights into hygiene practices of tenants to identify risks and inform cleaning cycles.
