Notice is hereby given to all Members of the HCAA that our September General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 12 September 2023, commencing 6.30pm at the Kirribilli Club Lavender Bay.

Topic: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Q-Ton High Performance Heat pump
The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries design team have launched a innovative new Q-ton which is a unique air source heat pump to allow maximum efficiency, with a minimal carbon footprint. This is all controlled from a comprehensive and easy to use touch screen panel.
With the increasing pressure of the use of low GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerants, we believe our CO2 heat pump is the way forward to comply with future regulations as well as current market trends. Q-ton meets a range of demands including the need for medium to large sanitary hot water generation. This involves low electricity consumption and a high level of environmental friendliness.

Alex from Austec will be joining us to demonstrate an innovative new stainless steel system. Not a crimp. Not a press. A locking system which offers unprecedented pressure resistance. His presentation will be followed by opening the floor to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
